Supporting Great Parks

Great Parks operates under a diverse revenue structure. Taxpayer support from Hamilton County voter-approved levies helps keep 18,000+ acres of parkland maintained, staffed, and accessible to Hamilton County residents and visitors alike. Levy dollars also invest in critical infrastructure and park improvements as requested in the Master Plan. However, inflation, increasing upkeep and general maintenance expenses, and the goals outlined in the community-directed Master Plan require further funding than tax levy dollars alone can provide.  This is where you come in: your support is also needed to care for our lands, fund critical physical improvements and new initiatives, and help Great Parks meet our bold future goals.

With your help, we can ensure that Greater Cincinnati residents and visitors have access to high-quality parks, trails, and blueways—now and for generations to come.   

When you give $1,000 or more each year, you’ll be invited to enjoy unique perks and experiences that bring you even closer to our parks. Consider becoming a monthly supporter to help keep our parks vibrant and welcoming every day of the year.  

Make a Tribute or Memorial Gift 

Honor or remember a loved one with a gift to Great Parks Forever. Tribute and memorial gifts help protect natural spaces, enhance park experiences, and support educational programs that connect people of all ages to the outdoors. It’s a meaningful way to celebrate a life, milestone, or legacy while making a lasting impact on the parks our community cherishes. We will notify the honoree or a surviving family member of your gift and recognize your tribute in accordance with Great Parks Forever’s acknowledgment practices.
